This error occurs when there is more than one household in the form. The user editing the form can only edit the household that they are a member of. If the household they are not a member of is missing required information, the missing fields will not be editable and may not be highlighted red. A user in the other household must complete the information for the other household.

This most commonly occurs when a student has parents who are divorced and/or living separately. Each parent must log into the form and complete their information before the form can be submitted successfully. The first parent attempting to submit the form will receive this error if the other parent has missing required information in the form

This prevents users from making unwanted changes to a household they are not a member of.
