- In RE Database View go to Admin>Security and open the specific RE Username. In the upper right corner, click the binoculars and search for their Constituent record. They must be marked as a Solicitor to link to their RE Username. Save and Close the RE Username. (This will refresh to the NXT Webview in about 5 minutes.)
- Verify the rights of the security group the user belongs to.
- Clear the cache and cookies
- Disconnect the user from the RE NXT web view, and re-invite them to reconnect their Blackbaud ID

- Tenant ID
- Users affected
