This error is attributed to logging into and our of multiple blackbaud.com accounts and can be encountered due to a cached prior login.
  1. Log completely out of Blackbaud.com and Blackbaud University
  2. Log back in using the Student ID assigned by your Instructor and attempt to access the NXT database.
  3. If you still receive the error follow the steps within How do I clear my browser cache, cookies, and temporary Internet files
  4. Close all open web browsers then open a new instance of the web browser.
  5. Attempt to access the Student ID again via blackbaud.com

Alternative Solution:
  1. Log completely out of Blackbaud.com and Blackbaud University
  2. Log back in using the Student ID assigned by your Instructor and attempt to access the NXT database.
  3. If you still receive the error, navigate to an alternative web browser and attempt the login process.
