When a parent tries to submit their Smart Tuition Contract, they receive the following error: "Unable to process your request: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index"
The typical cause of this issue is because the student being assigned the contract also has an active, or inactive, entering year for same year of the contract, even though they are a ReEnrolling student. To fix this for the student, you will want to go to their profile in onBoard and delete the entering year for the year of the contract Removing or Changing an Entering Year
