Error: Something went wrong. The action wasn't added to your calendar.

Users may receive the message Something went wrong. The action wasn't added to your calendar. when attempting to add an action to their Outlook 365 calendar from the NXT web view.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article as more information is available.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Open constituent record
  2. Open notes/actions
  3. Click add action
  4. Select all required fields in action
  5. Click “add to Outlook 365”
  6. Click Save
  7. See error: something went wrong. The action wasn’t added to your calendar.
