The exact match function of Quick Find does not display the actual exact match first in the search results. You must scroll through several other results first before getting to the actual "exact match."

Steps to Duplicate
Basic Search steps:
1. Click in the Search your database field 2. Type in the letter: M 3. Click the magnifying glass icon 4. Notice how you must scroll through several screens before finding the account simply named: M
Exact Match Search steps:
1. Click Accounts 2. Click Find an Account 3. Type in the letter M into the Search field 4. Click the Exact Match button 5. Notice how you must scroll through several screens until you finally see the account named: M
