Type is a code table within Altru. If you have not already defined the different file types you want to consider uploading, you can manually add a new type on the fly with the below steps:
  1. From the sales order, click on Documentation tab
  2. Click Add, then select Note, Media link or Attachment
  3. Next to Type, manually type the name of the File type you want to add (ex: Invoice)
  4. Enter a Title and Choose a file
  5. Save
