My Search Lists are missing output fields

Users may find that fields are missing from CRM Search Lists despite being included in the available output fields on the properties of the Search List.

Search Lists can be personalized to enable or disable output fields and filters.

To enable or disable output fields and filters :

  1. Navigate to Administration > Search List Configuration

  2. Click Configure Search List Fields

  3. Click the down chevron next to the search list then click “Edit Settings”

  4. Check off any desired output and filter fields
