This error can occur when an organization has recently moved from on premise to the hosted environment for Blackbaud Hosting Services.  It can also occur when an organization's RE database is moved from one Data Center in the hosted environment to another.  There is no need to attempt to re-generate the system key.  Please complete each of the following:
  1. Uninstall and re-install the Mobile App on the device
  2. If the error persists, Click Chat with Support and reference this article
    • Provide the exact error being received
    • Provide the System Key listed in the RE database
    • Confirm the database being used (if multiple database are installed for your organization)
