Application launches to black screen

When launching an application in Blackbaud's Hosted Environment, it loads to a black logon screen, where users are unable to proceed further.
I'm not able to log into our hosted application. 
This issue occurs when using Dual Monitors in Blackbaud SKY.  

1. Log in to Raiser''s Edge NXT web view and launch Database View
2. Once open locate the Citrix icon in your system tray (found near the date and time on your display)
3. Right click the icon and select Advanced Preferences
4. Select High DPI
5. Mark the option for Yes 
6. Select the option to Save setting
7. Select File, Exit, and Sign out of Raiser's Edge from the menu bar
8. Re-launch Raiser's Edge
