Email alerts can only be configured to mail one email address per user. In order to configure email alerts, the user who should receive the alerts will need to log into Altru.
  1. From Web, Click Email Alerts for Online Sales
  2. Enter the email address alerts should be received at
  3. Mark the type of Transactions you would like to receive alerts for:
    • Daily Admissions
    • Scheduled Program Events
    • Fundraising Events
    • Memberships
    • Donations
  4. Click Save
