When a family submits a contract in onBoard it shows that the contract is completed and the deposit is paid. However, in Smart Tuition the family is showing as pending and no payment information has been submitted.
This can happen when a family submits a contract in Smart Tuition and marks the "In School Payment" option.
1. Go to onBoard > People Finder > Contracts > Edit Contract 2. Under the Payments section check to see if In School Payment is listed.
When the family selects this option, the contract can be submitted and marked as paid however this information will not update in Smart Tuition. Payment information needs to be added manually once the payment is received.
