This means that the credentials (agent code and/or password) has not been entered correctly for the selected IATS merchant account.

To re-enter the password in eTapestry:
  1. Click on Management
  2. Under Admin on left, click on My Organization
  3. Click on eCommerce in header
  4. Click on the name of the IATS account
  5. Re-enter the password
  6. Click Save under Tasks
