You may have a specific recipient you are troubleshooting email delivery for. NetCommunity provides a bounce message and/or error code, but you'd like to see the full bounce message that includes routing information contained in the headers. Is it possible to get a copy of the entire message delivered by the Mailer-Daemon?
As Blackbaud Communication Services (BBCS) does not log the full SMTP transcript for each message, we are unable to provide more detail on a specific bounce than what is provided within the Message Report > Bounces.
