Audit tables purging incorrect information.

Audit tables are purging information that is not older than specified date to purge.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Run the 2 pieces of SQL and note the numbers (assuming your date is 1 month ago from today)

select COUNT (*) as Recordstoprocess from CONSTITUENTAUDIT

where DATEADDED < '2018-03-26'

select COUNT (*) as Recordsnottoprocess from CONSTITUENTAUDIT

where DATEADDED > '2018-03-26'

  1. Setup a purge audit data global change, purge data older than 1 month for the constituent audit table.
  2. Run the process and note the number of records processed are not what we expected based on the below sql (records to process)
  3. Run the 2nd piece of SQL again and note the count is lower (ae – it purged data outside of that date range).
