If you find yourself unable to launch any Plus Pack tools, please take the following steps:

1. In Windows, navigate to C:\Windows\GIFTS.INI
2. Open the GIFTS.INI file
3. Confirm that the information in the file under the [SQL Server] section is correct
4. Have your IT team confirm that the details after the 'Connect=' portion of the file are used to connect to your database
5. Make any necessary changes to the GIFTS.INI file > Save
