Error: “Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding” when attempting to update Schedules in BBIS

When attempting to update anything on Schedules tab in BBIS the error Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding is generated.
This has been resolved. Please download and install the latest Service Pack, 16 Hot Fix 1. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1. From BBIS, Navigate to Administration>Sites & Settings>Settings>Schedules.
2. Update any values on the Schedules tab.
3. Save, observer error Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
