When attempting to import a file using the BBIS import wizard a error will occur “the file you are attempting to load is not a valid import” This error will occur even if the file is broken down into smaller chunks and occurs no matter the amount of records in the file.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack
Steps to Duplicate
1. In BBIS go to Email > User Imports > New > Browse and select file to use 2. Set CRM record ID to - sequence ID 3. Username - Lookup ID 4. Then preview import - see error
