Note: Smart Contract Integration must be enabled. If you do not have this feature enabled, please talk to your Account Executive. If it is enabled proceed to follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Enrollment Management > Enrollment > Contracts > Manage Contract Forms
  2. On the Contracts Forms page, you will see the Contracts Types created by the school, as well as any Contract Templates within each type. Note: A Contract Type creates the organization of various contracts.  So, for example, a school may want to separate Boarding from Day School contracts or separate Lower, Middle and Upper School, etc.  Contract Type will list individual contracts based on type.
  3. Next to the Contract you wish to be a Smart Contract, click the Settings button
  4. Within the Edit Contracts Form Settings pop-up window, click the Activate Smart Tuition Integration button.  After clicking the Activate Smart Tuition Integration button, a Caution message will appear.  Click the Active button.

  1. In the Edit Contracts Form Settings pop-up window, under Name, enter a name for the Contract
  2. Under Status, click on the Active button so that the template is live for use
  3. Click the Save and Close button
