Contact information is not copied to the household when creating a new individual relationship.

If a constituent is not currently in a household when adding a new individual relationship you have the option of creating a new household with this relationship. Checking the copy primary contact information checkbox is not correctly copying to the household.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. From a Constituent record that is not currently in a household navigate to Relationships>Relationships.
2. Click Add Individual.
3. Create or use an Individual.
               a. Use any relationship types.
               b. Check the box for These individuals are members of the same household.”
               c. Check the box for Copy Primary contact information.
               d. Save.
4. Note the Household and the related Individual do not have the contact information from the primary member.
