Duplicate gift appears in RELO after reissueing receipt

Users report duplicate gifts appear in the Raiser's Edge Luminate Online (RELO) plugin after reissueing a receipt in Luminate.
This issue was resolved in the May 2018 update of the plugin and Blackbaud web services. If you host your own data navigate click here for instructions how to update.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Navigate to Luminate Online>Constituent360 to open a donor record
2. Navigate to Transactions and click the Regenerate Receipt link on a constituent's transaction tab in Luminate Online,
3. Choose the "Send receipt through built-in email" option
4. Navigate to RELO and verify a duplicate appears
