1. Check that the Constituent profile updates you're processing are all linked to a Constituent record in Raiser's Edge.
  2. Check to see if any changes were made in Config > International in Raiser's Edge such as a duplicate United States Record.
  3. Check to see what is showing up in the XML Data in the Raiser's Edge Luminate Online Plugin. The XML data would lead us to two scenarios:
    1. If the Country in the XML is not present in Config > International in Raiser's Edge, we'd want to add the country to Config > International.
    2. If the Country in the XML is present in Config > International but the short/long description has changed, we'll need to update the abbreviation for the Country record in Config > International.
