- Check that the Constituent profile updates you're processing are all linked to a Constituent record in Raiser's Edge.
- Check to see if any changes were made in Config > International in Raiser's Edge such as a duplicate United States Record.
- Check to see what is showing up in the XML Data in the Raiser's Edge Luminate Online Plugin. The XML data would lead us to two scenarios:
- If the Country in the XML is not present in Config > International in Raiser's Edge, we'd want to add the country to Config > International.
- If the Country in the XML is present in Config > International but the short/long description has changed, we'll need to update the abbreviation for the Country record in Config > International.
