Marketing acknowledgements - when running the process, the number of records processed is far less that what the universe/segments that drive the process show as transactions available. If there is one segment attached to this process where if you run the query used to drive the process, you will get results that you would want to see an acknowledgment processed for but when run the marketing acknowledgment process, its pulling no results.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to Marketing and Communications > Marketing Acknowledgements > choose your Acknowledgment process 2. Click on the name of the process, check the segments and Universe settings 3. Click refresh effort > Start process 4. Once process finishes click on the History tab, no results pulled in
