Trigger Update First And Last Gift Amount CANNOT INSERT UPDATE ACTIVATE ENTITY when Synching FIMS to CRM

When synching FIMS to CRM the following error can occur,

"Trigger.Update_First_And_Last_Gift_Amount: line 59, column 1[CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY]
05/08/2018 14:06:01.890 (gifthistory)( profilenumber)Batch#:  Record#:  - Field:- Message: Update_First_And_Last_Gift_Amount: execution of AfterInsert" " along with,

"caused by: System.DmlException: Update failed. First exception on row 84 with id 001F000001nL5nuIAC; first error: FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION, Do not enter in company/organization name if the address is not an organization address.: [Organization_Name__c]" occurs.

This occurred due to an issue with the validation rule No_Business_Name_for_Home_Address. The solution in this instance was to make the validation rule inactive which had no adverse affects on the data transfer.

Steps to Duplicate

1. After the scheduled task runs daily, the user receives an email with error logs
2. This also occurs if the gifthistory table is marked to manually sync and then run the manual sync, the same errors occur
3. In CRM, it is noted that the profiles that are referenced in the log are missing gifts in CRM most likely due to this error.
