Marketing Effort Email received by constituent is not showing up on Communications tab

An marketing effort email, sent out of BBIS and actually received by the constituent, is not showing up on the constituent record's communications tab.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1) Create an email marketing effort with a constituent segment containing multiple recipients
2) Calculate Segments > Export the effort > Start the email job > Complete the send
3) After the email is sent and delivered to the constituents, go to the constituent records in CRM
4) Notice that one or more constituents is missing the email on the Communications tab
