Unmapped transaction process will only run manually and not when scheduled or in a Queue Process
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. In CRM, got to Admin > GL setup 2. Choose System Generated Account System 3. Click Review unmapped transaction messages in the left 4. Click Update unmapped transactions, upper left 5. Under History you can see the transactions that were completed manually, 6. Create a Job Schedule, once the time expires the job will not complete 7. Go to Administration functional area, Click Queue (the previous work around for this issue was to run this in a queue process, the queue process runs but no records are processed.) 8. Add a queue process. 9. Add a step to the queue process, select the Update Unmapped Transaction Process. 10. Run the process manually not that it completes successfully. 11. Set a schedule for it to run and no records are processed.
