When we attempt to send emails or test messages to certain members of our organization, they do not receive the emails. When we send a live email message to them, the system records it as a hard bounce, but we know their email is valid.
If you're incoming mail server is sending hard bounce replies back to Luminate, it could mean that your email server is expecting the sender to be from within your organization domain, but instead it is being sent from an unknown server (Blackbaud). Whoever manages your incoming email settings will need to authorize our servers to serve your domain.
