No accounts returned when using starting postal code beginning with 0 in postal code radius query

When using the criteria for postal code radius in a query, if the starting postal code field has a postal code that begins with 0, no accounts are returned regardless of the radius entered. If you edit the query to remove the leading 0 from the postal code and keep the radius the same, then the query results will return accounts outside of the radius entered.
