Error: Your system administrator has blocked this program when launching BBAdmin.exe when hosted in an Azure data center.

How to unlock additional modules when hosted by Azure.
When trying to unlock modules the BBAdmin console needs to be opened.  When this is launched from an Azure datacenter this error is produced: error: Your system administrator has blocked this program. For more information, contact your system administrator.
To unlock additional modules when your database is hosted in an Azure data center, please contact Support.

1. Please provide your tenant ID for NXT web view.

2. Please include the unlock code(s) and name of the optional modules to unlock.

3. Please provide a completed Authorization Form to authorize a database backup to be obtained.

Note: If you are unlocking additional user licenses or view only user licenses, please specify the TOTAL number of users you need to unlock instead of how many additional.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into FE Database view
2. Go to Tools > Unlock Add on modules
3. Click Yes to Do you wish to launch the Blackbaud Administration Console?
4. Note error: Your system administrator has blocked this program. For more information, contact your system administrator.
