Error: Some ticket(s) on this order cannot be rescheduled because they have two or more per-item discounts applied. To reschedule, refund the ticket(s) and purchase new ones - when rescheduling tickets

When trying to reschedule tickets, the following message may show: Some ticket(s) on this order cannot be rescheduled because they have two or more per-item discounts applied. To reschedule, refund the ticket(s) and purchase new ones. If I click OK, I am still unable to reschedule tickets. 
 
This order will need to be refunded and a new order will have to be entered for the transactions. Altru does not allow orders that have multiple per-item discounts to be rescheduled to prevent issues with the Total Revenue and Payments report. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click Sales > Reschedule Tickets
  2. Enter order number
  3. See error message
