The only Notification available on Blackbaud NetCommunity Email Messages are for failure notifications if an email message does not send to an email address. These can be set up on each individual Message:
  1. Open the Email Message set-up
  2. Click on More options (below From name: field)
  3. Mark Failures: checkbox
  4. Enter the email address to receive the notification (Tip: The email address will receive one notification for each failed email address. For larger lists, individual notifications may be overwhelming, so consider using the Email Report for analysis of email failures after the send is complete.)
  5. Click Save
