Recurring gift activity tab not in chronological order for activity on the same date

When multiple changes are made to a recurring gift status on the same day, the amendments are not listed on the activity tab in chronological order.
We are evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to duplicate

* Replicated on sample v4.0 SP16 data *

1. In the revenue area search for an active recurring gift record
2. On the recurring gift record click edit status and change it to 'Held', notice the change on the recurring gift activity tab
3. Now edit the status again to 'Terminated'


Notice that on the activity tab that the 'Held' status change row is above the 'Terminated' status change row. The datalist is ordering alphabetically rather than chronologically for the same date i.e. most recent activity should be at the top of the list.
