My Record Search List Is Returning 0 Results

Non-administrator users may find that a search list is returning 0 results, though no permission or role changes have occurred.
Click the down chevron next to "Advanced Search Options" and verify that at least one record type is selected. Commonly this issue will surface if the individual, organization and group options are all unchecked.
