BBMS Auto Reconcile Process is uploading files from previous years

When viewing reconciled transactions in the Reconcile transactions and disbursements page, you might notice that the file that was most recently uploaded was from a previous year and that no new transactions from that period were reconciled.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1) Go to Treasury > Reconcile transactions and disbursements
2) At the top of the page, notice that the message indicates that a file from the previous calendar year was recently uploaded. For example: "The file '2017-05-17' uploaded on 5/15/2018 was successfully processed. "
3) Adjust the filters to match the following
Show: Pending transactions
Transactions for: Specific Dates
From 4/1/2017 to 6/1/2017 (the general time frame of a May 2017 file)
4) Notice that no new transactions from that period have been reconciled.
