The count of pending download transactions includes those that fail the download process. When this occurs, select the Failed Transactions tab to review the transactions and understand why each is failing.
Depending on the nature of the failure, you may need to take additional steps to ensure the transaction can be downloaded. A common type of exception you may find in Failed Transactions would be a field, such as a newly added attribute, not present in the batch template. To address that type of failure, simply update the batch template and download the transaction again. For failures that you do not know how to address, contact our support team for further review.
