1. Go to Site > Users > All Users
  2. In the Primary Email column, type in the user’s email address and hit Enter
  3. Click on the View link to open the user's account
  4. Copy the Primary Email Address
  5. Sign Out of your account
  6. Click the “Sign In” button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  7. If the user is an Applicant or Administrator, stay on the Applicants and Administrators tab. If the user is a Reference of Reviewer, click on the References and Reviewers tab
  8. Click the “Trouble signing in?” link in the lower left-hand corner
  9. Paste in the user’s email address and click “Recover Password” in the lower right-hand corner
  10. Sign back into your account
  11. Go to Site > Users > All Users
  12. To find the user's account again, repeat Steps 2 and 3
  13. Click the “Copy” button to the right of the “Reset Password Url.” 
  14. Repeat Step 5
  15. Paste the Password Reset Url into your browser’s Address bar (where you go to type www.google.com)
  16. Be sure to follow the password requirements detailed on the page. Enter and Confirm the new password and click the green “Change” button in the lower right-hand corner to save.
  17. The password has been reset! Be sure to let the user know what his/her new password is.
