Error: Failed to open the connection when trying to upload a Crystal Report to Donor Central

The workstation was updated to Windows 10 and Crystal Reports 2016.  When trying to upload the Crystal Report to Donor Central an error message may appear. 

"Error occurred while accessing component property/method: Export.
Failed to open the connection.
Error code: 0x80020009 print-funds odbc/crystal/w-xpress.w (5890)"
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release or patch.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Tools > System Utilities > DonorCentral > DonorCentral Options
  2. Browse and select the Crystal Report  
  3. Receive the error listed above
