Error: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

When opening the Online Express plugin or the RELO plugin in The Rasier's Edge or the Online Express Bill Pay plugin in The Education Edge, after TLS 1.0 is deprecated, the plugin will show an error and be unable to connect.  This affects all installations of the RELO plugin and Online Express/Online Express Bill Pay plugin.
Registry edits are required for the Online Express, Online Express Bill Pay, and RELO plugin to be able to connect using TLS 1.1 or higher.

  4. Click on the button Apply Hotfix.
