When logged into BBIS and registering for a free sub-level event in a multi-level event, users who change their personal information on the checkout page do not have the changes downloaded to CRM.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1) While logged into BBIS with a user that is linked to a CRM constituent, go to a BBIS Event Registration page for a multi-level event. 2) On the Attendees tab (Step 1), make sure your information is automatically populated on the Event Registration Form 3) Register for just a free sub-level event. 4) On the Checkout tab (Step 3), mark the checkbox to Use this as my personal information 5) Select yourself as the attendee. 6) After your constituent information is populated, change a field or two like your zip code or phone number. 7) Submit the transaction 8) Download the event registration into CRM. 9) Open the BBIS Event Registration Transaction batch > select this event registration > Review transaction details > View details > Notice that none of the changes made are present.
