I see there is an option to select the Fee & Discount Summary Snapshot, when I want to go to Manage Fees & Discounts. Should I be looking at that screen?
The Fee & Discount Summary Snapshot lists all your fees and discounts for that specific school year and provides you with billing details for each item. The Snapshot report can be exported into Excel format.
When you first open the screen, you will see two pie-charts, one for Fees on the left and one for Discounts on the right. When you click on the colored parts of the circle, you will see the billing item name and the percentage based on the billed amount.
The Headings will provide you with filtering options. You may click on each heading and the information will sort from largest to smallest. You may also enter data into the search boxes below each heading. The rows viewed can be expanded up to 100 rows at a time.
