The buildings available in the Building drop-down are going to be based on what was selected from the "Any room with a room type of" drop down. 
 

To review these settings, take the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Academics
  2. Select Scheduling > Schedule Outline
  3. Click the Buildings tab
  4. Expand the preferred building to view the different room types used in that building
  • Note: When you select the Room Type from the drop-down in the edit course screen, any building with that room type will show in the drop-down menu
