When I cancel a report in the Web View of FENXT, the report continues to run but blocks other areas from being used.
This is currently being evaluated and will be updated when we have more information. If you are encountering this, please contact Support for further assistance and be prepared to provide your Tenant ID.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Log in to FENXT Web View > go to Reports 2. Run any new or saved report 3. Click the X to close the running report 4. The Report box closes but other areas of the software are inaccessible *Note: May see swirling icon or various errors
