Option #1: If user has logged into Altru with their current email address:

  1. Update your email address on Blackbaud.com, which will reflect to your Altru profile

Option #2: If the user has never logged into Altru:

  1. Update your email address on Blackbaud.com
  2. Within Altru, re-invite the user to Altru using the steps here
  3. The user will then accept this invitation from their correct email address
