I am trying to enter a new family, but I can't seem to complete the application.
When you enter a new family into the system, the application screen will highlight the required fields to complete. If you miss any of the required options, you will receive an alert advising what is missing.
Please note that you cannot add tuition when entering a new family. Nor should you enter anything in the following section. If you do, you will receive an error message and will not be able to complete the registration.
Once the account is registered, you will be able to apply tuition and all other billing items in Pending Families.
