Option 1 - Locate the Sales Order record:
  1. Navigate to the Constituent record
  2. Go to the Sales Orders tab
  3. Click on the appropriate order number
  4. In the General section, you will see "Created By" and the Altru user's name

Option 2 - Create a Sales Order query:

Start your query:
  1. Navigate to Analysis, then click on Information Library
  2. Click Add an ad-hoc query
  3. Select source view of Sales Order and click OK
Add fields to Include records where:
  1. From the middle box labeled Select Sales Order fields, drag Lookup ID into the Include Records Where box
  2. Enter the Lookup ID value and click OK
  3. (Optional) From the middle box, drag Transaction Date into Include Record Where and enter the appropriate date
  4. (Optional) From the middle box, drag Sales Method Type into Include Records Where and select the appropriate sales method type
Add fields to Results fields to display:
  1. From the center box labeled Select Sales Orders fields, drag Added by user name into the Results fields to display
