There are a few reports you can run to show you the active accounts. Keep in mind that if a family had made a payment on their account and then they withdrew, the student would be marked Withdrew, but the account would be in the Active folder. This is so the payment information can be viewed.

To run an Active Families report:
  1. Login to
  2. Select the applicable school year
  3. Hover over the Families tab at the top left of the page
  4. Click on View All Families
  5. Select Filters under Click to Select Columns to Display in Grid
  6. Click on Export to File
You may sort the view, prior to exporting, by clicking on the heading you chose. For example, if you chose Grades, then you click on the arrow, it would sort the Grades from Z-A. Any student marked Withdrew would be at the top of the list.
