Incorrect accounts returned when performing Postal code radius query

When using the criteria for postal code radius in a query, if the starting postal codefield has a postal code that begins with 10, incorrect accounts are returned regardless of the radius entered.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Create a new query
  2. Select query category of base and set query to all constituents
  3. Choose data return type of accounts for results 
  4. Set criteria matching to match all criteria and leave drop down as any persona
  5. Add criteria for postal code radius. 
  6. Enter a postal code that begins with 10 in starting postal code
  7. Enter any radius greater then 1
  8. Click save and preview
  9. See that accounts from all across the country are returned
