The group sale payment amount changes with the status of the group sale. When a group is checked the revenue is the moved to the program or resource that is listed on the itinerary. To see this:
  1. Click the sales page in Altru
  2. Click the sales report
  3. Run the report
  4. look at the group sales payment amountUser-added image
  5. Click the sales page of Altru
  6. Click Group sales
  7. Click a group sale that is completed and is ready to be checked it ( has received payments for an item on the itinerary)
  8. From the task, menu click check-in
  9.  Click sales page
  10. Click the sales report
  11. See that the amounts have been moved to the items listed on the itinerary instead of still being listed under group sales payments
