Dropped Members receiving guest passes during renewal

Guest passes are being issued to Dropped members. When a constituent is removed from a membership during a renewal that constituent will still receive a guest pass
This issue has been resolved in version 5.11. All sites have been updated in October 2018. If you experience this error, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.

Steps to Duplicate

Renew A membership that has multiple members
  1. Click Constituents > Constituent Search
  2. Search for and select the Constituent
  3. Click add membership
  4. Under the "What are they paying for?" section choose renew MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM NAME
  5. Under the "Who else should be included on this membership?" section remove the current name and enter a different constituent's name
  6. Click save to complete the membership purchase
Check the Guest passes of each constituent
  1. Click Constituents > Constituent Search
  2. Search for and select the Constituent
  3. Click on the Guest Passes tab of the constituent's record
  4. Repeat steps 1 - 3 for each constituent
