Unable to log into eTapestry after linking account to Blackbaud ID

eTapestry now offers the option to link an eTapestry user account to a Blackbaud ID.  However, some users have found that once the accounts are linked, when the user logs in using their Blackbaud ID, eTapestry appears to go into a redirect loop, and never loads.
To resolve the redirect, please enable third-party cookies in your browser:

Microsoft Internet Explorer

  1. Click Start > Control Panel. (Note: with Windows XP Classic View, click the Windows Start button > Settings > Control Panel).
  2. Double-click the Internet Options icon.
  3. Click the Privacy tab.
  4. Click the Advanced button.
  5. Select the 'Accept' or 'Prompt' option under 'Third-party Cookies.' (Note: if you select the 'Prompt' option, you'll be prompted to click OK every time a website attempts to send you a cookie.)
  6. In the Internet Options window, click OK to exit.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click Tools > Options.
  2. Click Privacy in the top panel.
  3. Select the checkbox labeled 'Accept third-party cookies.'
  4. Click OK.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome preferences by clicking the 3 dots at the top right
  2. Click Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the back and click Show Advanced Settings
  4. Under Privacy, click on Content Settings
  5. Make sure "Block third-party cookies and site data" is not checked

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Link the eTapestry user account to a Blackbaud ID
  2. Navigate to the eTapestry login page
  3. Click Sign in with Blackbaud ID
  4. Enter Blackbaud ID login credentials and click Sign in
  5. Webpage appears to redirect back and forth without loading eTapestry
